Eligibility for Return
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
- Only items with defects or wrong items sent are eligible for return.
- We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or dislike of color/design.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
- Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
- Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Process
- Contact us via email at shop_nest@outlook.com or WhatsApp at 011-1275 3504 within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
- Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method.
- After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status and arrange store credit or a replacement if eligible.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If not, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- Eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit or a replacement item.
