Eligibility for Return

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags still attached.
  • Only items with defects or wrong items sent are eligible for return.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, sizing issues, or dislike of color/design.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased on sale or during special promotions
  • Innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer
  • Items without original tags or packaging

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email at shop_nest@outlook.com or WhatsApp at 011-1275 3504 within 7 days of receiving the item.
  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue (if applicable).
  3. Wait for our confirmation before sending the item back.
  4. Once approved, return the item using a trackable shipping method.
  5. After we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the status and arrange store credit or a replacement if eligible.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our mistake (defective/wrong item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • If not, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

Refunds

  • We do not offer cash refunds.
  • Eligible returns will be refunded in the form of store credit or a replacement item.
