Shipping Coverage

We currently ship throughout Malaysia, including both Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak). For international shipping, please contact our customer service team prior to placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

For Peninsular Malaysia, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
For Sabah and Sarawak, delivery may take 3–7 business days.
Please note that delays may occur during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier.

Shipping Fees

We charge a flat shipping fee of RM8 for deliveries within Peninsular Malaysia and RM12 for East Malaysia.
Free shipping is available for orders above RM150.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your parcel through the courier’s website.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
If a package is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
